Our firm specializes in auditing Commercial businesses of 10 employees or more. Our clients generally spend a minimum of $1,500 per month on their telecommunication services. We focus our efforts on data, local and long distance telephone bills. A typical audit results in a 10-20% immediate monthly cost savings plus retroactive refunds for errors detected. We have a staff of auditing specialists who can assist you in getting whatever credits or refunds we recover.

If we find no refund or rebate, you pay us nothing and you have the benefit of verifying the accuracy of your billing. If we successfully obtain credits or refunds and assist you with cost saving measures, we receive a percentage of those savings. Our firm would like to collect what is rightfully owed to you. Furthermore, we only get paid if we are successful.

Not only is identifying the over billings complicated, but in many cases the real difficulty comes in collecting from the telecommunications companies. Our auditors are specialist not only in finding errors but pursuing your claim to a satisfactory resolution. This means we do not rest until we get everything you are entitled to. Often, a carrier's initial response especially to a large claim will be a denial in whole or part due to length of the claim. They may only want to go back 3-6 months. They are hoping the claimant will be happy with something. If a carrier says it only refunds for errors made over the past three months, but state law requires paybacks for three years, our auditors continue the claim to conclusion.
